This week is both Red Ribbon Week and Digital Citizenship Week. In celebration of Red Ribbon Week, we will be discussing safe and healthy choices that we can make. For Digital Citizenship Week, we will continue to discuss how to stay safe online. Thank you for continuing these important conversations at home!
Our class will line up on line number 26 on the blacktop each morning.
EVERY WEDNESDAY- Spirit Day- wear Live Oak spirit wear, maroon/red and gold/yellow!
Friday, November 2- Teacher Work Day- no school for students.
Monday, November 12- Veterans Day- no school.
Wednesday, November 14- Special Spirit Day- Pajama Day
Make sure your student reads EVERY night for a minimum of 20 minutes.
Math homework will be sent home each night in your student's clear homework folder. Homework is due each Friday and should be stapled and returned in your student's Live Oak folder. Students will be bringing home a book each day (Monday-Thursday) that they should read and discuss. Please remind your student to return their book the following day!
Each week, a student will be our Star Student. A poster and instructions will be sent home with your student. We look forward to learning all about each of our classmates!
